atm task assign fx-at10-beta ... --task-id at10-1789446761-1/2/3: assigned positions confirmed via `atm task list --json` as beta: [{"task_id":"at10-1789446761-1","position":1},{"task_id":"...-2","position":2},{"task_id":"...-3","position":3}]. `atm task events at10-1789446761-1 --json` showed handoffs kind=task_queued then kind=task_ready (trigger=task_pass); events -2 and -3 each showed only kind=task_queued, no task_ready. `atm list --pending-ack --json` as beta after each of the 3 assignments all returned {"count":0,"rows":[],"bucket_counts":{"pending_ack":0,...}} (unread climbed 1,2,3 but pending_ack stayed 0 all three times).

2. close-releases-next pass

`atm task start at10-1789446761-1` then `atm task close at10-1789446761-1 completed ...` as beta. Polling `atm task events at10-1789446761-2 --json` at 1s intervals: task_ready handoff appeared after 3s: {"kind":"task_ready","agent":"fx-at10-beta","task_id":"at10-1789446761-2","trigger":"task_pass"} alongside events[].event="reminded" to_state=assigned. Post-move `atm task events` for A still shows exactly one handoffs[].kind=task_ready entry (no new one added).
