What this test proves
The fast fixture checks the retained command, roster, identity, and local transport contracts with a short deterministic suite. It is useful as the admission smoke because each row maps to one named command-level assertion and the evidence records the first failing command.
Evidence layout
The runner writes immutable evidence for smoke-fast beneath site/reports/. The JSON payload is the source for case or worker outcomes; the rendered report and envelope provide the public navigation entry.
